J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President in London to join the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team within the Emerging Markets footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong financial modeling capability
• Advanced knowledge of bank loans, bonds, FX and derivatives
• Excellent analytical, presentation and client relationship skills
• Willingness to travel across the region and across time zones

Responsabilités

• Lead deal execution for bank and bond financings in the EMEA region, including structuring, due diligence and credit processes
• Lead staple financing, lender education and acquisition financing linked to M&A opportunities
• Lead advisory mandates on debt advisory and capital structuring for M&A
• Oversee development of financial models and credit risk processes
• Collaborate with coverage and relationship bankers to pitch for new engagements and develop client relationships
• Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities
