We are partnering with a leading international bank as it continues to grow its Large Cap Leveraged Finance Origination team in London.

This is an opportunity for a Vice President to join an established platform, focused on originating and structuring financing solutions for large-cap financial sponsors across Europe. The role will involve working on complex, high-profile transactions, including LBOs, acquisition financings, refinancings and recapitalisations, with exposure across the full deal lifecycle.

We are keen to speak with experienced Leveraged Finance professionals at the VP level, with a strong background in origination, structuring and execution, ideally gained within a leading international investment bank.
