Fram is seeking a Vice President for the London debt advisory team. The role is based in London, office-based, and hands-on with ownership of the transaction process from engagement to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance or debt and capital advisory within a Big Four or similar professional services firm.
• Candidates from commercial or corporate banking backgrounds with strong leveraged finance and transaction execution experience will also be considered.

Responsabilités

• Manage transactions from initial engagement through to financial close.
• Coordinate advisers and lenders to progress deals efficiently.
• Structure financing solutions and review financial models and transaction materials.
• Prepare lender presentations and due diligence, negotiating financing terms.
• Interface with banks, debt funds and lawyers to manage all stages of a transaction.
