Job summary

Huge is seeking a Vice President of Program Delivery in London to lead a $50M–$100M portfolio from a hybrid base. You’ll shape operational strategy and partner with the EVP to ensure profitable, groundbreaking delivery.

You’ll drive AI-enabled delivery, manage 20+ experts, align Creative, Tech and Strategy, and preempt risk, fostering high performance in a fast-moving digital agency environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale portfolios.
• Proven track record managing $50M+ portfolios with strong financial health.
• Experience leading 20+ professionals and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate market trends into viable service offerings.
• Strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate strategic execution of a $50M+ portfolio.
• Define and scale the Huge Way of working.
• Drive portfolio financial integrity including actuals, burn, and margins.
• Infuse AI integration thought leadership into the delivery lifecycle.
• Bridge Creative, Tech, and Strategy; mentor a 20+ person team.
