Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Vice President for Programme Leadership and Transformation to shape strategy and lead complex programmes spanning consulting, technology and digital. You will own capability strategy, drive senior stakeholder engagement, and lead high-impact delivery across multiple UK hubs.

You will build and lead teams, generate revenue, and advance AI-enabled delivery while upholding Capgemini Invent’s standards and client-centric approach. Flexibility and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive consulting and industry experience in programme leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformations with measurable impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled delivery into complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, methods and standards for Programme capability.
• Lead client framing, scope and pricing strategy; negotiate commercial terms.
• Deliver largest transformation programmes with AI-enabled and traditional approaches.
• Represent Capgemini Invent in the market through thought leadership and external forums.
