Job summary

Next Frontier Capital in London seeks a client-facing Vice President to lead product transformation and AI enablement across enterprise engagements. This role partners with senior client and internal teams to drive measurable outcomes and accelerate value.

You will coach Product Managers and Leaders, shape strategy, advance discovery, and tie outcomes to business value, while maturing Agile practices and governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Coaching, or related leadership roles in complex enterprises.
• Experience building product capabilities across multiple teams or portfolios, internal and client-facing.
• Strong understanding of modern product management disciplines: strategy, discovery, experimentation, value measurement, roadmaps, customer delivery.
• Experience with Product Operating Model and Agile delivery enabling product outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication to advise senior leaders.
• Proven ability to use multiple metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
• Foundational GenAI fluency with practical AI applications to product management and processes.
• Ability to work with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coach product teams toward outcome-driven product management.
• Partner with PMs, POs, engineering, design, and stakeholders to define outcomes, customer value measures, and success metrics.
• Strengthen product discovery and validation through hypothesis development, experimentation, user research, and evidence-based decisions.
• Improve product operating model maturity by aligning strategy, execution, and measurement with Agile delivery.
• Guide leadership through strategic prioritization including roadmaps, investments, dependencies, and value-based decisions.
• Use customer, operational, financial, and product performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
• Develop product management capabilities across teams and clients, including governance and value measurement.
• Contribute to product standards, playbooks, and best practices across the organization and client base.
• Leverage AI to enhance product practices across discovery, insight generation, roadmap planning, backlog refinement, reporting, and reviews.
• Design AI-enabled workflows for feedback synthesis, requirements generation, and prioritization analysis.
• Prototype lightweight AI agents to improve productivity and decision quality.
• Ensure responsible AI adoption with governance, security, and risk management alignment.
• Establish AI quality and evaluation practices for accurate, traceable outputs.
• Upskill product teams, leaders, and client teams on AI utilization, prompts, and human-in-the-loop decisions.
