Job summary

Huge is seeking a Vice President of Program Delivery in London to shape and execute a $50M–$100M portfolio. You will lead the delivery machine, balancing creativity with rigorous financial discipline and strategic oversight across global platforms and client work.

You will bridge Creative, Tech, and Strategy, mentor a 20+ person team, and define operational strategy from high level to execution. This is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on process, governance, and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex portfolios in a digital agency, consultancy, or tech services.
• Track record managing $50M+ portfolios with quality, efficiency, and financial health.
• Experience leading large diverse teams (20+).

About Program Delivery.

Program Delivery oversees day‑to‑day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re also responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program Delivery has unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision making. They’re there from start to finish. Ultimately, program management is the hub that’s holding everything together.

The role.

As the Vice President of Program Delivery, you are the operational strategist responsible for a $50M–$100M portfolio, engineering a high-performance delivery machine where world-class creativity and technical rigor coexist.

As a VP of Program Delivery, you are a "flex" leader: a visionary who can define operational strategy at 30,000 feet and, in the next hour, dive into the friction of execution to clear the path for our makers. Functioning as a highly supportive partner to the EVP of Client Partnership, you will be the operational backbone that ensures the portfolio of business is as profitable as it is groundbreaking.

What you’ll be doing.

• Orchestrate the strategic execution of a $50M+ multidisciplinary portfolio. You ensure that every touchpoint—from a global platform build to a brand transformation is delivered with relentless craft.
• Define the "Huge Way" of working. You don’t just follow processes; you support the EVP of Global Program Delivery by building the systems and structures that evolve our global delivery standards, keeping us two steps ahead of the industry.
• Drive the financial integrity of the portfolio by managing actuals, burn, and margin protection, ensuring that our creative ambition is backed by surgical financial discipline.
• Infuse AI integration thought leadership into the delivery lifecycle. With a track record of using technology to drive operational efficiency, you will advocate for new tools and automated processes to stay ahead of the curve.
• Seamlessly bridge Creative, Tech, and Strategy. You translate complex client business challenges into viable, scalable service offerings, shifting and integrating business units with fluid precision.
• You are a people-centered, results‑driven leader who aligns the right talent with the right challenges, driving high performance while maintaining operational efficiency.
• When the stakes are highest, you are the calmest person in the room. You preemptively identify risk and lead recovery for project crises with an authoritative, solution-oriented presence.
• Lead a Program Delivery team of 20+ experts. You don’t just manage; you mentor, setting a bar for excellence that inspires the entire organization to "give a shit" about the details.

• 15+ years of experience.You’ve led complex, large-scale portfolios within a digital agency, consultancy, or tech‑services powerhouse.
• A proven track record of managing $50M+ portfolios where quality, efficiency, and financial health are never compromised.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams (20+). You know how to lead through others and build a culture of accountability and curiosity.
• You are obsessed with the "process" that exists solely to protect the "product." You build structures that foster creativity rather than stifle it.
• You influence senior stakeholders and lead high-level teams with ease.
• An innovation mindset. You are a student of emerging tech and can translate market trends (AI, automation, commerce) into viable service offerings and evangelize those shifts across the portfolio.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
