Job summary

Nova Innovation in London (Canary Wharf) is seeking an experienced Head of AI Product Delivery to lead the full software delivery lifecycle across our portfolio. You will direct Project Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, UI/UX, Software Engineering, QA, Testing, DevOps and related tech teams.

You will shape structure, governance and scalable processes while driving AI-enabled product delivery and technology strategy to maintain high standards across ventures.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology or digital delivery leadership.
• Strong people-management and team-development experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple products, projects or technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle across multiple ventures and products.
• Manage teams responsible for requirements, planning, product definition, UI/UX, development, QA, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
• Maintain visibility across roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery commitments.
• Ensure software delivery aligns with business priorities, stakeholder expectations and commercial objectives.
• Identify delivery issues early and take corrective action where projects, teams or individuals underperform.
• Ensure multiple products can progress simultaneously without compromising quality or accountability.
