Job summary

Global Bank in London is seeking a VP - Private Side Compliance Advisory to join the Compliance team. The role focuses on giving compliance guidance to private side businesses, supporting global regulatory initiatives, and shaping policies and training across the front office.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Private Side Compliance Advisory experience and a strong track record in regulatory investigations and cross-border projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to private side businesses
• Participate and support local and global projects and drive the operational implementation of key regulatory change initiatives
• Draft and update policies and procedures as necessary
• Provide face to face training to the front office on regulatory and conduct matters
• Participate in the conduct of internal and external enquiries and investigations as necessary
