Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, POM Product Management in Manchester to lead enterprise custody modernization. You will drive AI-enabled improvements, governance, and cross-functional coordination across custody ops, product and tech teams.

You will shape operating models, control frameworks, and data governance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for global clients in a fast-evolving market.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in custody operations or large-scale transformation within financial services.
• Deep understanding of global custody processes including asset servicing and settlements.
• Proven track record designing target operating models across multi-region organizations.
• Strong knowledge of risk, control, and regulatory frameworks affecting custody services.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models and driving cross-functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Corporate Action modernization strategy, design, and governance.
• Design end-to-end custody capabilities and integrate workflows into strategic platforms.
• Lead transformation roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigations.
• Establish data ownership, quality standards, and risk controls across processes.
• Act as central point of coordination across custody operations, product, and technology leadership.
