Job summary

BNY Pershing is seeking a Vice President – Corporate Actions in Manchester within its Enterprise Custody Services Operations team. This role leads Corporate Actions operations, driving client service, governance, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.

You will oversee day-to-day delivery, build high-performing teams, and drive automation and process enhancements across the function. The successful candidate will leverage deep experience in Corporate Actions, Custody

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Actions, Custody/Asset Servicing, or Securities/Investment Operations.
• Proven people leadership and team management experience.
• Strong client service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing governance, controls, and risk frameworks.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Experience with automation or digital solutions.
• Advanced Excel and MI/operational reporting skills.
• Experience working with global clients in high-volume environments.
