Job summary

PCA Global Ventures, LLC is seeking a Vice President / Assistant Vice President, Platforms & Systems Delivery to lead enterprise platform initiatives and complex system migrations. You will own roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven modernization across global operations.

The role requires strong program management, strategic vision, and the ability to deliver with minimal business disruption in a hybrid, UK-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale platform environments and complex system migrations.
• 5+ years in senior leadership positions with direct reports and large team management.
• Proven track record of successful enterprise-wide platform transformations and consolidations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise platform migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integrations across the organization.
• Develop and own long-term platform transformation roadmap with SVP and transformation teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across engineering, data, compliance and operations.
• Drive governance, risk and issue management with structured execution and reporting.
• Oversee testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-migration stability.
