MOO is seeking a VP of Technology to lead a large-scale technology organisation in London. You will own the technology strategy, budget, and narrative, and partner with Product, Commercial and Operations to translate strategy into delivery.

The role requires senior leadership, executive presence, and a track record of modernising large platforms while maintaining delivery velocity. You will drive platform modernisation, governance, and responsible AI adoption, while building a high-performing

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading engineering organisations at scale.
• Experience presenting to boards and investors in growth or funded environments.
• Strong executive-communication skills with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Breadth across customer-facing ecommerce and back-office/ops systems.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development and modern SDLC practices.

Responsabilités

• Represent technology at the top of the business and own the technology strategy, budget, and narrative.
• Lead and shape across ecommerce, post-purchase, fulfilment, and manufacturing systems; align platform and IT.
• Set pace and standards; empower engineering leaders to deliver at pace.
• Build and grow a high-performing team; hire, develop, and retain top engineers.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, and Operations to translate strategy into delivery plans.
• Drive platform modernisation and make prudent build-vs-buy decisions.
