Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience at Director/VP level in a large tech organisation.
• Accountability for a platform/infra team of 40+ engineers across multiple locations.
• Deep experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and Oracle Exadata/VMs.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and manage budgets.
