To consistently sustain the massive growth of our business, we are looking for a VP of Sales who will be responsible for acquiring great partnerships across EMEA and building upon those relationships as we scale.

What you’ll do:

Actively develop and establish relationships with local, regional and international agencies, as well as other relevant partners in EMEA

Identify and recruit new reseller channels, negotiating commercial terms

Build strong rapport with key decision-makers from existing partners to drive revenue

Track, analyze, and report key statistics on partner performances

Own and effectively work as a senior sales personnel as well as a team leader to close deals and campaigns with brands and agencies

Develop and coach the team to ensure a timely scaling of the EMEA KAIKAI lock screen product placement and advertising revenue

Conduct masterclasses, agency/brand-wide road shows, and webinars to educate them about Cosmose and KAIKAI lock screen offerings

What you’ll need:

A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with agencies or DSPs

Excellent communication skills, presentation, social, and negotiation abilities

Highly driven, capable of working independently to expand Cosmose's business, and experienced in exceptional B2B relationship management (to build, maintain, and exercise effective networking judgment)

The capacity and confidence to engage, add value, and communicate with C-suite executives of partner organizations

Result-oriented and at ease with numbers, skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data

Ability to own individual and team revenue/ sales targets for EMEA

An in-depth understanding of the MarTech/AdTech landscape is a plus
