Job summary

Archer collaborates with BNY to recruit a Product Analyst for the Trustee & Depositary team in Manchester. The role focuses on supporting the Product Owner, refining user stories, and delivering future state capabilities with cross-functional groups across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

You will monitor trends, inform prioritisation, and own delivery insights to drive improvements. Curiosity and practical use of AI will help enhance delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outcomes in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to write and refine user stories and support backlog refinement.
• Strong collaboration with Scrum teams and stakeholders to enable delivery.
• Experience using data/workflow insights to inform prioritisation and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations to support delivery of future state capabilities and enhancements within Trustee & Depositary.
• Support the Product Owner in day-to-day product ownership activities, including writing/refining user stories, backlog refinement, and prioritisation support.
• Monitor business, operational, and product trends to inform prioritisation decisions and adjust delivery plans.
• Take ownership of delivery insights by tracking key indicators to drive continuous improvement in product outcomes.
• Work across product teams to ensure joined-up delivery and manage dependencies and priorities.
• Lead the definition and refinement of product requirements from stakeholders, delivery teams, and data sources.
• Prepare clear materials (updates, reports, presentations) communicating progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Bring curiosity and energy to the team, exploring better ways to work and how AI/tools can improve delivery.
