Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan, is seeking a strategic Product Development leader to drive end-to-end product leadership within the Digital and Data Transformation Team. You will own the product vision from concept through execution and adoption.

You will work with global stakeholders, align roadmaps to business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes while navigating tight timelines and complex environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience leading Agile product teams and rituals; proficient with Jira/Confluence.
• Strong ownership, sound judgment, and ability to align senior stakeholders with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, scope, and success measures; translate objectives into use cases, workflows, wireframes, and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across distributed technology and operations teams; manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Partner with global stakeholders to shape and execute the roadmap, governance, and deadlines/budgets.
• Incorporate customer feedback, data analytics, product metrics, and market insights to drive prioritization and value realization.
• Own and refine the feature backlog with prioritization and transparent rationale for stakeholders.
• Present end-to-end executive updates including OKRs/KPIs, adoption, health metrics, milestones, and investment needs.
