Archer is recruiting for a Product Manager in collaboration with J.P. Morgan to shape the future of product innovation within Global IB Coverage and Corporate Banking.

You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle, act as the voice of the customer, and deliver scalable, compliant, and high-value solutions. You will work with engineering, controls, finance, compliance, and legal teams across time zones, embracing new technologies such as AI to boost productivity and client experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements, and value management.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders and diverse teams.
• Experience leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.
• Demonstrate adaptability to multiple products and emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers.
• Manages discovery, market research, and integrates solutions into the roadmap.
• Owns and develops the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap.
• Tracks key metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Defines OKRs with Product Ops and owns reliability, compliance, and performance.
• Maintains product documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Partners with controls, finance, compliance, legal and GTM teams to deliver solutions.
