Job summary

Archer, collaborating with BNY, seeks a Senior Vice President, Product Development Manager for its Digital Assets team in London. You will drive development of tokenization, on-chain settlement, and multi-chain solutions while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Technology to align with regulatory requirements.

You will lead design of future-state architectures, partner with security and risk teams, and guide cross-disciplinary groups to deliver scalable digital asset platforms that meet

Qualifications

• Experience in product development within financial services or market infrastructure.
• Hands-on blockchain / digital assets platform experience.
• Understanding of tokenization and the digital asset lifecycle.
• Experience with multi-chain solutions and secure distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own development and delivery of Digital Assets products including digital securities, tokenized deposits, real-world assets (RWAs).
• Define scope and objectives for product deliverables with understanding of business processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to define and prioritize requirements including sanctions screening and Travel Rule.
• Design and build future state business architecture to support blockchain / DLT use cases.
• Partner with cybersecurity and risk teams to implement robust controls and monitoring frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end workflows for tokenization and on-chain settlement models.
• Advise on blockchain / DLT capabilities to determine best path forward considering feasibility, maturity, cost, time to market.
