2-3 Days in London per week
I'm excited to be working with a Series B B2C fintech scale-up that’s shaking up the industry. With millions of users already on board and a mission to double that number in the next 12 months, this company is positioned to dominate the market. Backed by recent substantial Series B funding and on track to double revenues this year, this is your chance to make a significant impact, shaping the future of financial empowerment for millions worldwide.
This powerhouse brand has achieved explosive growth, rapidly scaling to Series B and building an international presence. With over 300 passionate people in the business, they’re ready to go to the next level – and they need a visionary marketing leader to take them there.
Why Join?
- Shape the Marketing Team: As the VP of Marketing, you’ll have the freedom and resources to build and scale your team to match the company’s ambition. The initial team is currently 6 people, but that is expected to grow significantly under your guidance. Whether you need to hire an additional 5, 10, 15, or 20 people to achieve your vision, great. With a multi-million-dollar budget and full support, you’re empowered to define the team size and structure that will best drive the business forward.
- Be at the Forefront of Explosive Growth: You’ll take full ownership of the marketing function, leading the charge as the company enters its next phase of growth. With the chance to report directly to the board and manage an expansive budget, your influence will be felt across the entire business.
- Make a Global Impact: Lead a global marketing strategy that spans continents and markets. Your work will be key to amplifying the brand’s presence in high-growth regions, impacting the lives of millions, and scaling the company’s reach to new heights.
- Own the 360-Degree Marketing Strategy: From brand positioning to customer acquisition and retention, you’ll oversee both performance and brand marketing strategies. You will define and execute the marketing playbook, and build a high-performing team ready to make waves.
The Opportunity:
This is your chance to define success for one of the most exciting fintech companies in 2025. With unprecedented growth, market dominance on the horizon, and a passionate team, you’ll play a pivotal role in this transformative journey. If you thrive in high-stakes, high-reward environments, and are ready to take on a challenge that can redefine the financial landscape for millions, this is the role for you.
As the VP of Marketing, you will join a company at a pivotal point in its journey. With over 300 employees across several global locations—including the UK, Europe, and the US—the company is scaling rapidly. A senior leader is needed to unify these efforts, set a strategic vision, and drive brand leadership in the market. This role is essential to the company’s long-term growth strategy, and will drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention across markets in the US, UK, and Europe.
The Day-to-Day:
- Strategic Leadership: Own the marketing strategy across the entire company. Lead and set up cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, performance marketing, content, CRM, partnerships, and more.

- Budget Management: Oversee a substantial marketing budget of double-digit millions, ensuring effective deployment to meet both short-term growth and long-term brand-building objectives.
- Innovation and Expansion: As part of the executive team, help lead product marketing efforts while ensuring the brand evolves to meet growing business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other senior leaders in product, engineering, and customer success, influencing the company’s go-to-market strategy and shaping a holistic growth approach.
- Marketing Channels: Leverage both traditional and digital marketing channels, including:
- Performance Marketing

The Expectations/Requirements:

- 360-Degree Marketing Experience: Led both brand and performance marketing strategies, including digital, paid media, SEO, affiliate programs, and traditional channels.
- Experience with Multi-Market Expansion: Instrumental in scaling marketing strategies in emerging markets, balancing growth and efficiency.
- B2C Marketing Expertise: Experience scaling B2C marketing for considered purchases, especially in mobile and fintech sectors, where users research before deciding.
- Team and Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage large marketing budgets and build/scale high-performing teams while optimizing spend across channels and markets.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term, balancing short-term user acquisition goals with long-term brand development. Strong focus on data-driven decision making.
- Regulatory Experience: Understanding of the regulatory landscape in fintech and its impact on marketing efforts, especially in mobile ads.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape the entire marketing vision, influencing brand, product, and acquisition strategies.
- High-Level Decision Making: Help guide the company’s strategy, working closely with C-suite executives.
- Results-Driven: Proven success in scaling businesses in high-growth phases, especially in mobile-first environments.
You will thrive in this role if you...
- Balance short-term growth with long-term brand building: Proven ability to drive immediate results while investing in sustainable strategies.
- Achieve growth efficiently: Focus on scaling quickly without sacrificing ROI—volume alone isn’t enough.
- Navigate emerging vs established markets: Make smart resource allocation decisions for maximum growth, balancing risk and reward.
