LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Vice President to own and lead our EMEA business. You will manage a 20+ quota-carrying Commercial and Enterprise AE team across London, Amsterdam, Munich, and Stockholm, building a scalable operating model and partner ecosystem to drive sustained revenue growth.

You will report to the Global VP of Sales and have autonomy over pipeline, hiring, partnerships, and executive engagements, shaping LangChain's market position in EMEA.

Competenze

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with regional or sub-regional leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hitting regional revenue targets across multiple quarters.
• Experience managing teams across multiple countries/time zones in EMEA.
• Background selling to technical buyers (engineering leaders, CTOs).
• Experience in AI, data, or developer tooling space is a plus; familiarity with LangChain ecosystem is beneficial.

• Lead and scale the EMEA sales team across multiple hubs (London, Amsterdam, Munich, Stockholm).
• Own quarterly and annual quota attainment across sub-regions.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and drive predictable forecasting for leadership.
• Engage in strategic deals as executive sponsor to close large enterprise opportunities.
• Build lighthouse accounts and referenceable wins across key industries.
• Oversee hiring lifecycle and partner ecosystem development across EMEA.
