Responsibilities

• Own the solution design on complex or high value opportunities from initial prospect conversation through to handover to delivery.
• Coordinate across commercial and operations to ensure delivery aligns with promises and customer needs.
• Join prospect and customer conversations to map money flows and design platform delivery.
• Develop and agree strong retention, growth and expansion plans with key customers.
• Lead technical account management for demanding customers and ensure a seamless handover to delivery.
