Responsibilities

• Lead Mutual Fund Operations across dealing, settlements and onboarding
• Coach and develop operational teams to deliver high-quality service
• Drive governance, risk control and regulatory compliance
• Produce and review MI, KPIs and performance reporting
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology and Change on strategic initiatives
