Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Business Development for Europe to lead MPMS Europe growth and the regional P&L. You will shape strategy, oversee delivery and coach a high-caliber team, aligning client ambitions with Mastercard’s programme management capabilities.

You will manage senior client engagements, drive new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure scalable, secure and profitable outcomes across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general management, business development or sales leadership.
• Strong track record in P&L ownership and disciplined commercial execution.
• Experience leading C-level discussions and managing senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth strategy for MPMS Europe.
• Take full P&L ownership and drive commercial performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers and Business Developers.
• Build senior client relationships to drive sales, adoption and retention.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across priority markets.
• Oversee client programmes, escalations and operational delivery with clear accountability.
