Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a highly organized Manager to drive the SME Europe strategy, coordinating cross‑market initiatives and enabling effective execution. You will create a consistent operating rhythm, produce clear management information, and empower teams with insights, tools and governance for scalable growth.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to align priorities, manage risks, and improve data storytelling for executives across European markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, strategy execution, sales enablement, programme management or a similar cross‑functional role.
• Strong commercial acumen, connecting strategy, pipeline, customer activity and business outcomes.
• Able to influence senior leaders and dispersed teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and storytelling skills.
• Excellent executive communication and concise senior materials.
• Highly organised with delivery of recurring and ad‑hoc requests.

Responsibilities

• Run the SME Europe operating rhythm with leadership updates and quarterly business reviews.
• Own executive reporting across performance, pipeline, financials, risks and priorities.
• Coordinate execution of SME priorities across markets, divisions and functions.
• Drive sales enablement through training, case studies and reusable materials.
• Maintain SME knowledge resources and ensure SME Hub content is current and scalable.
• Improve Salesforce and pipeline discipline with better data quality and visibility.
• Support divisional engagement, workshops, events and RFPs.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Sales, Product to amplify priorities.
