Qualifications

• Extensive senior change and operations experience in financial services.
• Deep OTC derivatives theory and practice across asset classes.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for the OTC/ETF derivatives operating model.
• Oversee risk, governance, and end-to-end trade lifecycle improvements.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage executive relationships.
• Drive client-facing programs, product strategy, and transformation projects.
• Partner with Tech, Ops, and Product to prioritize the investment roadmap.
