Job summary

Nscale is seeking a VP, Market Intelligence to own the data centre market view across EMEA and lead third‑party capacity sourcing. You will build relationships with operators, developers and capacity providers, and shape expansion strategy with the Development and Delivery teams.

You are a builder with 10+ years in data centre or infrastructure research, a strong external profile, and the commercial acumen to size options and deliver value for a fast-growing AI infrastructure platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data centre or infrastructure research, market strategy, development or capacity sourcing.
• Established network across European data centre operators, developers and capacity providers.
• Proven track record establishing a research or intelligence capability from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own Nscale’s view of the data centre industry and market trends across EMEA.
• Drive expansion strategy and guide where and when to grow and deploy.
• Build and lead a high‑performing market intelligence team and maintain external relationships.
