This role involves ensuring stable and performant high-density environments while personally managing critical incidents. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in large-scale data centre operations, incident management, and a deep technical understanding of the necessary infrastructure to support enterprise-grade AI workloads.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience operating hyperscale or large-scale data centre environments.
• Proven track record in incident management under intense pressure.
• Deep technical understanding of power, cooling, and infrastructure for high-density compute.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end operations of high-density GPU infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with colocation providers for SLA adherence.
• Lead the response to critical incidents in a 24/7 environment.
• Build and implement operational standards and processes.
• Recruit and lead a high-performance operations organization.
