Job summary

Nscale is building AI infrastructure across Europe with high-performance data centres and GPU capacity. We seek a Project Coordinator to support governance, tracking and reporting across multiple data-centre projects.

You will work closely with Directors, PMs and delivery partners, ensuring on-time actions and transparent status updates while navigating fast-paced, complex environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, PMO support or assistant project management.
• Experience with governance routines, action trackers and risk/issue logs.
• Exposure to client-side or owner-side project teams preferred.
• Experience across multiple projects, disciplines or locations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project governance: agendas, pre-reads, meeting minutes, action logs and decision registers.
• Track actions, owners and due dates, following up proactively and escalating overdue items.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting packs, consolidating updates into dashboards and senior summaries.
• Maintain visibility of milestones, dependencies, risks and issues across workstreams.
• Track owner-side obligations, approvals, information releases and OFCI inputs to avoid delays.
• Coordinate information flow between Nscale, consultants, contractors, vendors and delivery partners.
• Support document control, including submissions, RFIs, technical queries, approvals and records.
• Arrange project meetings, workshops, site visits and stakeholder sessions as required.
• Support Directors and Managers with day-to-day coordination and follow-through.
