Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in London is seeking a Vice President to oversee fund accounting and investor reporting for LP Secondaries and related private equity funds. The role interfaces with deal operations, tax, fund structuring and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

You will oversee valuation processes, cash management, and governance of fund structures, while coordinating with administrators and group finance to deliver timely outputs.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience in Financial Services, private equity or investment management beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of fund financials and reporting issues required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial, investor, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage third party fund administrators to ensure reporting is timely and accurate.
• Collaborate with deal operations and tax advisors to manage fund flows and investor notices.
