Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in London seeks an Associate in Private Equity Secondary Investments to support the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing to closing—with strong modelling, deal structuring and market research. You will be involved in the whole life-cycle of investment processes and contribute to analytical decisions within a global team.

You will build financial models, prepare investment memos, and assist in the monitoring of the portfolio while developing presentation

Qualifications

• Experience in financial modelling and analysis.
• Degree from a well-regarded institution, preferably in a quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models to analyse secondary opportunities.
• Assist in screening and selection of new secondary opportunities.
• Support value, structure and execution of secondary investments.
• Support portfolio monitoring of secondary investments in the portfolio.
• Prepare investment committee memos, marketing materials and case studies.
• Research the secondary market and related industries/sectors.
• Analyse market trends to inform secondary strategy.
