• Deal sourcing Assist in the screening and selection of new secondary opportunities.
• Deal structuring and execution Support the deal team to value, structure and execute secondary investments.
• Portfolio monitoring Support the monitoring of secondary investments in the portfolio.
• Presentation materials Prepare investment committee memos, marketing materials and case studies.
• Market research Research the secondary market as well as various industries and sectors.
• Business development and secondary strategy Analyse the secondary market trends to optimize the secondary strategy.
