Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) is seeking a Vice President, Investment Operations in London. The role focuses on overseeing the monthly and quarterly portfolio review and valuation for private equity assets, working with deal executives to review models and ensure robust documentation.

You will drive improvements to valuation policies, coordinate audit procedures, and support portfolio monitoring and deal execution across stakeholders, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Valuation skills with private equity and debt investments.
• Strong accounting/audit experience with commercial sense.
• Excel proficiency and financial modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/quarterly portfolio review and valuation process.
• Review and challenge valuation methods to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with deal executives and finance teams for input/output distributions.
• Lead audit procedures for ICG PLC and funds related to valuation.
