Job summary

Leisure People Recruitment seeks a dynamic Vice President of International Franchise Operations to steer growth and performance across global markets outside the United States. Based in the UK or Europe, you will lead Regional Directors and partner with franchisees to enhance revenue, membership and profitability.

You will travel extensively and shape multi-year strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, training and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in franchise operations and/or multi-unit leadership.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, profitability and membership growth.
• Significant experience working across international markets and cultures.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations, unit economics and customer experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Regional Directors and Operations Specialists across international markets.
• Develop and deliver multi-year growth and profitability strategies.
• Drive studio sales, membership growth, engagement and retention.
• Identify best practices across markets and share insights.
• Strengthen operational processes, training, scheduling and lead generation.
• Represent International Franchise Operations at global leadership level.
