Qualifications

• Seasoned PS/delivery leader from complex enterprise B2B SaaS
• Experience owning delivery P&L levers: methodology, resourcing, utilization, margin

Responsibilities

• Stand up a unified PS operating model with repeatable methodology, resourcing, and margin discipline across regions.
• Own escalations and commercial discipline, with a decisive presence on escalation calls.
• Provide leadership to engagement managers, delivering standardization and coaching cadence.
• Formalize partner delivery, SOWs, change orders, and new-business tracking while owning relationship boundaries.
• Govern the PS-to-MS handoff post-go-live with clear pricing and guardrails.
• Surface expansion signals and route them to Sales/CSM using real delivery data.
