Job summary

Brock & Decker is seeking a Vice President to join its financing advisory team in London. The role involves advising public sector and institutional clients on complex financing solutions across emerging markets, including debt and structured financing transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment. This position also includes mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience within financing advisory, debt capital markets, structured finance, credit or related areas.
• Strong understanding of financing products including bonds, loans and structured solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of financing and advisory mandates across emerging markets.
• Work on debt and structured financing transactions.
