The successful candidate will manage complex transactions, coordinate with coverage, product, and risk teams, and travel as needed to serve clients in emerging markets within EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in project/infrastructure finance.
• Proven track record with EMEA transactions; MENA/Türkiye/CIS exposure valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and instruments knowledge (loans, bonds, FX, derivatives).
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with project management and prioritization abilities.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across teams and time zones.

Aufgaben

• Lead deal execution for bank and bond financings; structure contracts, perform due diligence, manage consultants and oversee credit ratings.
• Lead staple financing, lender education and acquisition financing linked to selected M&A opportunities.
• Lead debt advisory and capital-structuring advisory mandates.
• Oversee development of financial models.
• Lead credit risk and internal approval processes.
• Assist product teams in hedging structure development.
• Collaborate with coverage and relationship bankers to attract new engagements.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify opportunities.
