Job summary

Experian, a global data and technology company, seeks an executive to lead Engineering Excellence. Reporting to the CTO, the VP will drive standardization, quality practices, and developer tooling across multiple engineering domains, aligning with growth priorities and enterprise programs.

The role focuses on scaling standards globally, enhancing productivity, and delivering measurable outcomes across traditional software and AI-enabled platforms. Collaboration with regional leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement strategy for Technical Program Management, Quality & Eval Engineering, and Developer Experience.
• Lead governance of software testing standards and AI evaluation frameworks across products and platforms.
• Partner with product, engineering, and regional leaders to prioritize enterprise programs and manage dependencies.
• Establish enterprise engineering standards, a common career framework, and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology strategy for Technical Program Management, Quality & Eval Engineering, and Developer Experience & Internal Platforms.
• Lead quality and evaluation strategy, including governance of test standards for traditional software and AI outputs.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize cross-org programs and manage dependencies with disciplined planning.
• Build and evolve internal developer platform and AI-assisted development capabilities across the organization.
