Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale engineering excellence initiatives.
• Experience with AI model evaluation and developer platforms.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategy for Engineering Excellence teams across PM, QA, and Developer Experience.
• Govern test strategy and quality standards for traditional software and AI model outputs.
• Partner with product, engineering and regional leaders to prioritize programs and manage dependencies.
