Job summary

Experian is seeking an Engineering Director to provide strategic leadership across a global organisation. You will shape how engineering teams operate, modernise platforms, and deliver at scale for 500+ B2B clients worldwide.

You will coach and empower managers, set governance and standards, and partner with product, operations, and business stakeholders to drive delivery while navigating multiple time zones and cultures. Hybrid working with a strong compensation package awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership experience - coaching and developing global engineering teams.
• Proficient in Java full stack, .NET, AWS, EKS, DevOps, Claude, Cursor based engineering and deployment practices.
• Expertise in building strong relationships with teams and leaders globally and influencing decision making using a data driven approach.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and learning, encouraging teams to challenge the status quo and adopt better ways of working.
• Experience using AI tools and driving adoption across the team.
• Demonstrate a strategic mindset while staying close to execution and driving delivery of solutions.
• Solves problems with a business-first and technology-informed mindset.
• Adapts quickly and works effectively through ambiguity.
