• Strong KPI delivery and project management skills.

• Proficiency with travel and expense systems (Concur) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Travel & Expense team across Asia.
• Lead approx. 6 FTEs and 20+ contingent staff across EMEA.
• Deliver high-quality travel services: airlines, hotels, ground transport.
• Manage regional corporate card program and expense workflows.
• Ensure VIP travelers receive extended servicing and quality support.
• Provide metrics, SLAs, and KPI reporting for travel services.
