Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years Travel & Expense management experience in a multinational firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements of the Travel & Expense team across the EMEAArea.
• Deliver high‑quality travel services including airlines, hotels and ground transportation.
• Manage the regional corporate card program and vendor relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations for travel commodities with SMEs.
• Provide KPIs/MI and ensure SLA/KPI delivery for travel services.
• Support VIP travellers with extended servicing and risk management.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure regional leads (Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Technology).
