Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an experienced EMEA Travel Manager to lead day-to-day travel operations within the CPM Travel pillar. You will partner with Travel Management Company, airlines, hotels, and tech providers to deliver a cost-conscious, high-quality traveler experience globally.

The role requires collaboration across finance, procurement, risk and compliance, and global teams, delivering strategic travel programs that balance efficiency, duty of care, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or graduate degree with strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
• Experience leading large travel programs and vendor contracts across global regions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EMEA travel operations ensuring global consistency with other regions where applicable.
• Manage escalations with root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Maintain key vendor relationships with TMCs and travel platforms to ensure a commercial traveler program.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement to deliver expense initiatives and policy changes.
• Partner with risk, compliance, engineering and controls to manage risk and ensure policy adherence.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve travel processes.
