Job summary

Goldman Sachs in the United Kingdom is seeking an EMEA Travel Manager to lead day-to-day travel operations, ensuring policy adherence, cost control, and a high-caliber traveler experience across regions.

You will manage key vendor relationships (TMCs, airlines, hotels and platforms), partner with finance, procurement, risk, and global teams, and drive process improvements, reporting, and duty of care for a worldwide workforce.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required with solid professional experience in travel or procurement.
• Experience managing large-scale vendor contracts and travel programs.
• Ability to challenge status quo and deliver strategic operational, commercial solutions.
• Strong client management and ability to coordinate with global stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EMEA travel operations ensuring global consistency.
• Manage escalations and perform root cause analysis with management.
• Maintain vendor relationships with TMCs, platforms and outsourced delivery teams.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement to deliver expense initiatives and policy changes.
• Collaborate with internal risk partners to manage risk and compliance.
• Identify areas to simplify, control and automate travel processes.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to identify trends and risks.
• Support divisions with thematic issues and solutioning across travel programs.
• Contribute to implementing strategic platforms and change management and document processes.
