Fram is working with a successful and growing debt advisory firm that is looking to engage with an experienced Vice President to join its London team. The business has excellent deal flow, an established client base and advises financial sponsors, corporates and shareholders on a broad range of debt financing transactions. The position is based in London and is office based.
This is a hands-on execution role with considerable responsibility for managing transactions from initial engagement through to completion. The successful individual will work closely with senior colleagues and clients, taking ownership of the transaction process, coordinating advisers and lenders, and ensuring deals progress efficiently.
The role involves structuring financing solutions, reviewing financial models, preparing lender presentations and transaction materials, managing due diligence and negotiating financing terms. There is extensive interaction with banks, debt funds, lawyers and other professional advisers, with responsibility for reviewing facility agreements and managing the various stages of a transaction through to financial close.
The firm is particularly interested in individuals with experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance or debt and capital advisory within a Big Four or other professional services firm. Candidates from commercial or corporate banking backgrounds who have strong leveraged finance and transaction execution experience will also be considered.
Applicants will need a good understanding of debt structures, credit analysis and financial modelling, together with experience of managing complex financing transactions. The ability to take ownership of deals, work confidently with lenders and clients, and manage competing deadlines will be important. Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential.
The business offers a collegiate environment, direct exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to work on a strong pipeline of transactions. This may appeal to someone looking for greater responsibility, more involvement across the full transaction process and the opportunity to develop their career within a specialist advisory firm.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
