Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a VP, Data Strategy for the UK to lead data strategy across a client portfolio in Wavemaker & T&P UK. You will define the role of data in client businesses and drive adoption of Open Intelligence, InfoSum, and OMS Platform across UK clients.

You will accelerate data-driven advertising strategies, manage client satisfaction, and support growth through data strategy leadership and platform evangelism.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in agency/adtech/advertising with matrixed teams.
• Deep understanding of data products, tech trends in advertising/marketing.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior data strategy partner for your client portfolio, translating business needs into data strategies.
• Lead platform innovation and governance, applying Open Intelligence and InfoSum with OMS Platform insights.
• Oversee data strategy capability development across your client portfolio; build teams.
• Collaborate with UK Commercial teams to design value-driven proposals and ensure profitability.
• Provide thought leadership to keep WPP Media at the forefront of data-driven marketing.
