Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience enabling product or program delivery in a data or analytics environment.
• Ability to translate operating model and process requirements into actionable guidance and drive adoption across teams.
• Experience working in a platform team model with multiple Product Owners and shared stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary enablement partner to Data Product Managers, shaping data product scope and delivery plans from intake through launch.
• Run enablement sessions to unblock issues related to intake, prioritization, dependencies, documentation, and lifecycle progression.
• Translate operating model into practical guidance, playbooks, templates, checklists, and artifacts to support consistent execution.
• Guide Data Product Managers in producing lifecycle artifacts, ownership clarity, documentation, and readiness milestones.
• Support portfolio visibility by maintaining accurate status, dependencies, risks, and release readiness inputs.
• Collaborate with Transformation and platform teams to implement operating model requirements and ensure adoption.
