Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking an Asset Management Data Product Enablement Lead to shape how data products are delivered across Asset Management, accelerating adoption and ensuring consistent delivery at scale.

You will partner with Data Product Managers and domain teams to provide hands-on guidance through the data product lifecycle, from intake to deployment and maturity tracking, focusing on execution support and operating model adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling product or program delivery in a data or analytics environment (e.g., product operations, delivery enablement, platform enablement).
• Strong understanding of data product concepts and lifecycle management with coaching ability.
• Ability to translate operating model and process requirements into actionable guidance and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary enablement partner to Data Product Managers to shape scope, outcomes, and delivery plans from intake through launch.
• Run enablement office hours and working sessions to unblock issues related to intake, prioritization, documentation, and lifecycle progression.
• Translate operating model into practical guidance with playbooks, templates, checklists, and artifacts that support consistent execution.
• Guide Data Product Managers in producing lifecycle artifacts including intake submissions, ownership clarity, and maturity assessments.
