Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Data Product Enablement Lead in Asset Management to drive end-to-end data product development and deployment that supports business priorities and delivers measurable value.

You will partner with business consumers, data owners, and technology teams to define requirements, source data, and ensure products meet governance and quality standards, acting as hands‑on data product expert to accelerate priority initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building data products or curated data assets.
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate needs into data solutions.
• Experience coordinating with data owners and data engineers to source and curate data.
• Strong knowledge of data quality and metadata management; proficient in SQL and Python.
• Able to operate in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders.
• Familiar with risk, controls, security, and data integrity in regulated settings.
• Capable of adapting to shifting priorities across domains.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business consumers to understand use cases and translate demand into specifications for data product development.
• Collaborate with data owners and custodians to source data and ensure quality and fit for purpose.
• Oversee end-to-end data product development across stakeholders and technology teams.
• Ensure data products meet governance, documentation, ownership, and audit requirements.
• Support adoption and value realization by ensuring products are understood and accessible.
• Provide hands-on data product expertise to accelerate priority initiatives.
• Contribute to the data product operating model and governance processes with Transformation leadership.
• Assess existing data products for duplication and quality improvements.
