Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Data Product Manager within Asset Management to drive end-to-end development and deployment of data products that support business priorities and deliver measurable value.

You will partner with business consumers, data owners, and technology teams to define requirements, source and curate data, and ensure products meet governance and quality standards. You will provide hands-on expertise to accelerate priority initiatives while helping shape and improve the data product

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing data products or similar data assets.
• Ability to elicit requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Experience with data owners/engineering teams to source, transform and curate data.
• Strong understanding of data quality and metadata management with SQL and Python.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business consumers to understand use cases and translate demand into specifications.
• Work with data owners to source data, assess quality, and oversee data curation.
• Drive end-to-end data product development across stakeholders and teams.
• Ensure documentation, governance, and control standards including data contracts and access models.
• Support adoption by ensuring products are understood, accessible, and delivering value.
• Provide hands-on data product expertise to accelerate priority initiatives.
• Contribute to the data product operating model and governance processes.
